Letter From The Editor-in-Chief

You just have to appreciate a four-day working week. Especially when the fifth day is a paid public holiday. Pure win. Can you hear our monkey shrieking with joy in the background? Methinks we gave him too many peanuts last week.

To all Fellows, I hope you've all submitted your MOPS/CPD points for the past 2009-2010 cycle. If you haven't (the deadline was Wednesday 31, March 2010), give Natali Vlatko a call on (02) 9247 6239. I've been told that flowers and chocolates may work to your advantage (YMMV/IANAL).

Trainees are reminded to get in their registrations for our upcoming one-day training course at Coal Services. Spaces are limited to strictly 20 so you better get in quick! The registration form can be found linked with this edition of the Newsletter.

For trainees intending to sit for the 2010 examinations (written and/or practical), the application form can now be found on the Faculty website under "Document & Forms".

I'm keeping it short this week. For those going away on holidays (you lucky things!), please drive safe. For those not going away (like me), enjoy the respite from work and go easy on the choco eggs ok?

Till next time - Be good!
