Wollongong’s fEVEr rocks again!

Wollongong again played host to fEVEr….the cities own New Years Eve event which takes place around our foreshore.

People were spoilt to a spectacular fireworks display which kicked off at 9.30pm.

This month will see 2 other major events in Wollongong for Australia Day and the annual Illawarra Folk Festival.

Australia Day in Wollongong will once again play host to the aquathon in and around Belmore Basin. Bring the kids and have a great day of fitness.

The 22nd Illawarra Folk Festival to be held at Bulli Showground is a great event, with over 150 events and 400 performances from 25-28th January.

Christmas bash at the Rydges CBD Sports Bar

We would like to thank Jo Acott and her team at the CBD Sports Bar for hosting our annual Christmas function held late last month.

We had a great turn out and enjoyed a great atmosphere, encouraged greatly by the music, an entertaining DVD and excellent food put on by Rydges.
