Darling Harbour Events

Darling Harbour Events

Live entertainment, international cuisine, boats on the harbour and breathtaking fireworks – it’s Sydney’s favourite way to celebrate Australia Day!

From 11.30am there will be free kids’ entertainment, live music, an international food fair and a vessels parade on the water.

The highlight of Sydney’s Australia Day celebrations is the Australia Day Spectacular – a stunning multimedia symphony of pyrotechnics, light, and music, culminating in a massive fireworks extravaganza over Cockle Bay.

Australia Day in The Rocks

Australia Day in The Rocks

With headline acts – Evermore, Kate Miller-Heidke (pictured) and Katie Noonan – there is nowhere else to be in Sydney this Australia Day except The Rocks.

Unfurl the Aussie flag and waltz with Matilda as The Rocks shows the rest of the nation how it’s done with an incredible line up of blues, roots and rock talent across a number of open air stages and buskers throughout The Rocks’ streets and laneways.

Don’t miss this opportunity to see some of the best home-grown talent perform free as Sydney’s oldest suburb once again shows Australia how to party.

Visit the Australia Day website for further information.
