The Hilton Sydney welcomed us to their prestigious venue for the unique opportunity to hear The Honourable Michael Kirby share his insightful views on just how far we have come as a nation.

No subject was off limits - but each was handled with Michael's trademark insight, warmth, intelligence and courage. Michael’s knowledge of landmark decisions made in the courts and their social and political effects further highlighted turning points in the Australian consciousness.

Michael did leave us though with questions that are still resonating with many of us:
What injustices are we as a nation blind to and what will future generations be questioning our wisdom about?

Each year the Australia Day Council of NSW holds an event to encourage organisations to join our Corporate Club. We believe the best way to learn more about us, is to experience one of our events.

The Corporate Club Luncheon was held at the end of April and hosted by one of our most enthusiastic supporters, Crystal Palace at Luna Park.

Our guest speaker – Legendary NRL coach Wayne Bennett had us all captivated. Wayne shared with us some amusing stories of true Aussie characters he has encountered during his time, together with his inspirational experiences as a leader and a mentor both on and off the field.

Talk about having an impact. All 200 guests at the event were spellbound with Wayne’s presentation and left believing in the importance of being self motivated and focused, both personally and professionally.
