Dear Friends of Royal Randwick,

With one of our biggest racing days on the calendar tomorrow, as a Friend of Royal Randwick, we thought we should tell you some important information about tomorrow's big race day:

AVOID THE QUEUES: Pre-purchase your tickets at ticketek.com.au. That way you will receive a discount, plus you won't have to queue.  Simply go to the pre-purchase ticket lines at the gates to avoid the queue - Easy! 

Other important information:

Gates Open:    9.30am
Bars Open:      11.00am

Bars Close:     6.30pm
Gates Close:   7.30pm

Please note that the AJC adheres to a strict Responsible Service of Alcohol code.
Please Drink Responsibly.

ATM's: Located on course, but be prepared by bring money with you to avoid the queues.

Parking: Complimentary parking is available for all guests in the infield car park, entry via high street.

Taxi: The Taxi rank will be situated in the Busway. Taxis are not permitted to stop on Alison Road.

Limousines/Hire Cars: Limousine access is via the old STA Busway, entry off Ascot Street roundabout on Doncaster Avenue. 
The Drop off and Pick up point is at the turnstiles and Limousine assembly area is available nearby. 

Helicopter: If you are intending to come to the race course via Helicopter, please contact Shane Brady on 02 9663 8500 to receive landing instructions.

Buses - To Royal Randwick:
Central Station (Chalmers Street) to Royal Randwick Racecourse 09:30 onwards, departing every 15 minutes. 
Last Bus at 13:30 and then normal routed services from Eddy Avenue are available.
This bus service costs $3.00 Adults, $1.50 Concession. 

Buses – Departing Royal Randwick (FREE) 
Royal Randwick Racecourse to Central Station (Chalmers Street) from 15:00 onwards, departing every 15 minutes from outside gate 1 on Alison Road. 
Last bus at 19:30 or prior depending upon patronage and then normal routed services are available from the same location after 19:30.
